Biography Equally at home anywhere in the half-back line, Gerry joined Portsmouth from Derry in August 1946. He made two appearances in the 1948/49 championship season before moving on to Hull City where he made three appearances for Northern Ireland. Gerry later played for Millwall before winding up his career in 1955.
